Showing after valuesClient background
A Singapore-based startup combined live shows with a fashion and beauty marketplace. Its audience included women in their twenties to forties, with programming spanning lifestyle, fitness, food and entertainment.
The app launched with limited awareness and a Hong Kong cost per install around HK$30. The team needed to test its positioning and make acquisition more affordable.
Audience, creative and distribution were tested together.
Foundation
I refined Google App Campaign settings and creative angles around the shows people could watch.
Execution
Facebook and Instagram campaigns introduced live programming and shopping offers. Instagram management supported the organic audience.
Distribution
Campaigns expanded beyond Hong Kong into Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and the United States.
What changed
The programme recorded more than 26,000 downloads in six months. Hong Kong install costs fell by approximately 79%, while Meta landing-page clicks cost around HK$4–5. Downloads demonstrate acquisition, not retained or paying users.
